The Quigley Residence Weiser, Idaho

Set on 40 private secluded acres in Weiser, Idaho is this project setting. As of this website they hadn't pulled permit as it was destined for phase 2.
The parameters for this home were a bit unique. As a single man he wanted a carport instead of a garage with an adjoining mudroom. The office had to significant to allow for multiple computers, as he worked from home, and plenty of drawers and counter space for his hobbies. With his love of dogs, the whole house had to be dog friendly and the laundry room designed to accommodate leaving them enclosed for extended periods.
The basement was designed to afford plenty of frozen and dry pantry storage, a generator and server space for his computers, potentially being off-grid. We also had a team to assist in this and to achieve LEED silver. (2024-2025)
