Oates ADU & JADU in Auburn, California

With the need for more housing, this client chose to use the existing rental they had and create and Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) and a Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit (JADU) on the same parcel. This would provide three independent occupancies. It was fun and challenging too.
The jurisdiction had specific requirements due to the parcel not the fact we were adding an ADU and JADU. Of course we had set-backs and neighborhood issues which is typical. Overall it is a lovely project! (2024- finaled 2026)
